How long does my FREE membership stay active?

The FREE membership level at Digiconcepts has no expiration date and no funny catches or up-sells. You are free to use your membership as long as you want to stay active in our community. This means you can stay a FREE member forever if you want. The reason that we do this is because we believe that training and education should always come first in any business and Digiconcepts is no different. Unlike other companies out there that charge hundreds of thousands of dollars for their training courses, the basic content is completely free to consume and download. It's only if you need additional help or want to up your custom electronics knowledge that you would need to upgrade to either a PRO or ELITE membership level.

Are there any contracts or commitments?

No. There are never any contracts or commitments at Digiconcepts. You are always free to cancel, upgrade, downgrade or move your membership level at any time for any reason. If you do cancel your membership in the middle of a contract month, we will give you access for the membership level you have already paid throughout the rest of the membership cycle and make sure that you are not re-billed at the next installment date.

Do you have any hidden fees or charges I should know about?

No. We do not have hidden fees or up-sells. Your membership terms are 100% clear and everything is extremely simple with our pricing. The fee that you sign up for is the fee that you will pay for the rest of your time as a member. Any additional training, content, software, or research that you purchase will be clearly marked and labeled for payment. We believe in honest and fair pricing because that’s how we expect to be treated as well.

Can I deduct my Digiconcepts membership on my taxes?

Maybe. First, we are not CPAs and we suggest you consult with one. That said, most education and training courses related to installation procedures could be tax deductible on your personal tax returns. What you would need to do is contact your CPA and give them a history of your invoices and billing for your membership at Digiconcepts so that you may write them off on your personal taxes.

How much does Digiconcepts cost?

The FREE membership level to Digiconcepts is, as the name suggests, 100% free. There are no expiration dates and you can keep your FREE membership as long as you want with no catches. How do I get LIFETIME access to everything at Digiconcepts?

If you are truly committed to custom electronics education and want to get lifetime access to everything we have at Digiconcepts at the ELITE level, you can do so by purchasing a lifetime pass right here. This is a one-time charge which means that you'll always get instant access to everything we ever publish or release in the future, completely included in your lifetime membership. If we ever published any new guides or quicktips or videos, installation plans, etc. you will get access to those as part of your lifetime membership and will never pay anything ever again.

Is Digiconcepts' website secure?

Yes. We spend a lot of money each month to make sure that we have a secure platform for our members. We use a 256-bit encryption layer with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection on all of our membership pages associated with your account. This is the industry standard for data protection and we continue to monitor our security on an on-going basis to ensure your information and privacy are protected.

Do you accept PayPal and all major credit cards?

Yes. We accept PayPal and process credit card payments through Stripe.com which is the industry standard in secure online payment services. They accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you’re an international member and need to pay via another option, please contact us via the support page and let us know and we will work with you to make sure that your payment option is acceptable at Digiconcepts.

Is my monthly membership automatically re-billed so I don’t lose access to Digiconcepts?

Yes. All monthly subscriptions to either the PRO or ELITE level are re-billed to the credit card or PayPal account you used to sign up. If you need to change this account, you can do so in the “My Account” page.

How do I cancel my membership?

We want Digiconcepts to be the resource and community you consistently turn to when you need help along your installation journey. That said, if for any reason you need to downgrade your subscription, you can do so directly from inside the “My Account” page on the website. After downgrading, your account will no longer automatically renew and no further charges will be applied to your account. We hope you consider upgrading again in the future if your custom electronics needs change. NOTE: If you signed up with PayPal you’ll also have to cancel the returning subscription on their website since they won’t let our membership API cancel it for you (weird we know but those are their rules).

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my membership early?

In most cases, canceling your PRO or ELITE subscription before it expires means you’ll finish your current subscription for the rest of the time period you’ve paid to get access. Once the subscription expires, your Digiconcepts account will revert to the FREE membership level and you will no longer have access to higher level sections and training.

How do I update my secure billing information?

You can update your secure billing information either address or billing credit on file by going to the “My Account” page from any page on the website once you are logged in. From there, you'll be able to quickly update your information securely on our membership portal.

Why did PayPal suddenly cancel my automatic recurring membership subscription?

PayPal may send an email alerting you to a cancelled recurring payment in two possible situations: Your most recent payment or subscription renewal charge has failed. Your payment information has changed and needs to be updated in PayPal. If this causes a problem with the status of your active membership, the best solution would be to consult PayPal’s support team to ask why this occurred.

How do I view my billing history and invoices for tax purposes?

To view all of your billing and invoice history at Digiconcepts, you can simply navigate to the “My Account” page and look under the billing history section. From there, you'll be able to print the screen in a PDF format and use this for your tax purposes at the end of the year.
